Hotshoppa Beds are designed in Australia and incorporate a strong Steel Frame Construction with Re-enforced Steel Corner Brackets and Full-Width Wooden Slats to form an extra strong foundation for the Hotshoppa Hybrid MAX Mattress. The Sideboards, Headboard & Footboard which come with a Hotshoppa Bed Frame are Extra Thick, Tufted, Cushioned and Solid/ Heavy in nature. All Hotshoppa products are packaged into flat packed boxes for Ease of Transportation and Home Delivery. Orders are shipped directly from our Australian Warehouse locations and delivered to your doorstep with care. All orders come inclusive with full transperant online tracking and phone support provided by the Australian Courier Company. We dispatch from Warehouse locations in QLD, NSW, VIC & SA and provide Australia-Wide Courier Delivery.

You may arrange a delivery date with the courier company by calling their customer service team and providing them with your tracking number. There is also an option for Safe Drop (optional) if you would like the delivery driver to leave the goods in a safe place while you are not home e.g. Leave Goods on Front Porch. 

We provide Fast Dispatch within 1 business day on all orders placed through our website. For orders placed before 12pm they will be actioned within the same business day. For orders placed after 12pm they will be dispatched Next-Business-Day from one of our Australian Warehouse locations. We dispatch from Warehouse locations in QLD, NSW, VIC & SA and provide Australia-Wide Courier Delivery.

Hotshoppa provides Australia-Wide-Delivery. Yep, you read that correctly! In addition to offering regular Metro delivery to all capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Darwin, Hobart) we offer delivery to all Regional & Rurual Areas across Australia too.

We are able to offer Australia-Wide-Delivery because our Australian Courier Company Partners regularly deliver to remote/ rural area postcodes. Shipping fees will be added at checkout depending on your delivery postcode.  

Yes! Hotshoppa is a local Australian Owned and Operated business and all Hotshoppa Bed Frames, Mattresses and Hotshoppa Products are warehoused across our multiple Australian Warehouse locations. Once you place your order online, your item(s) will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse directly to you home delivery address.

All Hotshoppa Bed Frames come enclosed with instruction manuals for DIY assembly inside the delivery package(s). We have had positive feedback from our customers regarding DIY assembly process for our Hotshoppa Bed Frames considering how large and thick the panels and parts are.

The Hotshoppa Hybrid MAX Mattress comes vacuum compress packaged in a box. This allows ease of transportation to your bedroom. To install simply remove the mattress from the box and (1) unwrap the plastic cover (2) unseal the vaccum compress packaging and (3) allow the mattress to decompress and rise in the upright position. Allowing the mattress to rise for 12-24 hours before use is recommended.

All Hotshoppa Bed Frames come with a Total of 8 legs which create a strong foundational support to our bed frames. The legs consist of 4 center legs and 4 corner legs. 

Corner Legs Assembly - We use high tensile strength screws which are designed to screw the corner legs directly into the base of the headboard/sideboards/footboard (with a screwdriver or drill). Screwing directly into the wood creates the strongest bond between the leg and the bed frame base for maximum strength and stability. Simply place the feet in the right location by eye and screw directly in.
